about me and my plight on this planet we call home.
I grew up in Canada but left one week after my 18th to travel to Cyprus, marry, have kids and practise being a grow-up.
Over a decade ago I came to Scotland and have been here since, except a short spell that I returned to Canada a couple years ago.
I've nursed since the early 80s and currently practise my skills in the mental health field.
I've got 3 grown-ups kids, 3 beautiful grandchildren and a cat.
I read a lot, spend far too much time on the internet and try hard to enjoy what life throws my way.
